Apologies for this being late, I wasn't able to gain access to the old PSA HQ due to my Penguin not being 30 days or older, which they managed to fix recently.
The F.I.S.H catalog, also known as the "Factual Informative Spy Handbook", is a catalog exclusive to secret agents of the PSA. This catalog contains everything you need to become an elite secret agent.
Unfortunately this catalog only contains one hidden item, nonetheless we shall go over it.
This is the cover for the catalog. All Club Penguin veterans recall this catalog and experience nostalgia over the good ol'days of our cherished childhood game. Truly a wonderful act on behalf of the staff at Club Penguin Rewritten for bringing back a Penguin favorite.
As for the hidden item, proceed to the page with the red penguin in the suit.
