Quest for the Golden Puffle Costume Trunk Hidden Items

Greetings Grasshoppers,

Recently the stage was updated with the new addition of "Quest for the Golden Puffle". The stage definitely looks nice and will make a great place for those who love to roleplay.

Of course, what we look forward to the most are the catalogs that come with every new addition to the stage. This is the cover for this month's edition of the costume trunk.

Unfortunately it does not showcase any art related to the new stage, but rather shows the opera puffles that can be found above the stage itself. This issue of the costume trunk only contains one hidden item which can be found on the first page of this catalog.

  • Click on the golden puffle's eyes, which will grant you the "Crook and Flail" for 300 coins.
That is all we have for this month's newest stage addition!

New 100k Celebratory Code!

Greetings Grasshoppers,

Just yesterday we hit the 100,000 registered players milestone, and of course, the staff at Club Penguin Rewritten have released a new code for us!

Go to the "I have a code" option after clicking on the coin located on the top right corner and logging in.

Input the code "100KPENGUINS"

This code will give you a nice blue and white cap with the letters "CP" on it, referred to as the "Blue Skater Hat".

The cap is really nice and is a throwback to classic Club Penguin. We all recall how rare and nice this item was, to the point where a majority of us wanted it. Now we finally have it as a way of celebrating our 100,000 registered player achievement!

Make sure to redeem this and happy 100k penguins!

100,000 Registered Players and update!

Greetings Grasshoppers,

It's only been three days since we hit 50,000 registered players and now we're back at it again with 100,000 players! Holy mackerel!

Server Avalanche, Penguin 100373 spotted at the Town.

The Town updated to celebrate 100k registered players!

I remember when I first joined Club Penguin Rewritten, we were only at seven thousand players. I had high hopes (still do!) for this game and look at where we are at now. One hundred thousand registered players, most of which flocked to CPR due to classic Club Penguin shutting down.

What do you think of this spectacular achievement? What would be the new celebratory code? Will this lead to more complications with Disney in the future?

50,000 Registered Players! Celebratory Code!

Greetings Grasshoppers,

We have yet surpassed another milestone! If you recall our previous post on Club Penguin Rewritten surpassing 25,000 players that was only three days ago! Just yesterday we reached the 50,000 mile and today we have reached 60,000! Our community is growing as each day passes by with open arms to those abandoned by Disney at the shutdown of classic Club Penguin.

As per usual, the staff at Club Penginn Rewritten has granted us with a code to celebrate the 50,000 milestone!

Enter the code "50KPENGUINS" in the "I have a code" section. You can access the redeem a code page by clicking on the coin on the top right corner before logging in.

Entering this code will give you a really nice black sweater with pink and yellow lines all over it (referred to as the "Beta Grid" sweater).

As you can see the sweater has beautiful coloration which is complimented by the black background, thus making the colors more vibrant. Make sure to redeem this! It is only available for 24 hours.

Now let us push for the next milestones; 100,000 registered users!

Complications with Disney? Improvement Project?

Greetings Grasshoppers,

I apologize for not reporting on this sooner but I was rather busy this weekend, and it seems that CPR was too. Let us dive into what seems the be CPR's largest scandal thus far.

According to the Club Penguin Rewritten twitter account there were complications with Disney. Due to the sudden spike in player count on Thursday, March 30th, Disney decided to report CPR to their CDN (Content Delivery Network), Cloudflare.

CPR stated that their servers might be down for at least 72 hours, which instilled fear into many of the fans of CPR. Many speculated that CPR was going to have legal action taken against them or permanently shut down, thus losing their favorite game.

Luckily, this wasn't the case. Club Penguin Rewritten did not shutdown nor was it down for 72 hours. On Saturday, April 1st, CPR managed to get their servers back up and running although with a few minor connection issues.

On another note, in order to improve their server capabilities an improvement project was announced on the Club Penguin Rewritten twitter. The improvement project seems to be an open server testing so far. The date is unknown at the time being. All we know is that everyone will be able to participate, so far there is no limit on how many can take part in the testing.

What do you guys think of this? Has Disney been too harsh? Comment down below!

Club Penguin Rewritten has surpassed 25k players! Bigger and better servers?

Greetings Grasshoppers,

Although Club Penguin has ended, it has made way for Club Penguin Rewritten. CPR serves as a viable alternative for Club Penguin players who wish to continue playing their favorite game.

Of course, many players have taken notice of this and an influx of players was notable through the Club Penguin Rewritten server list. So much so to the point that we have now surpassed 25 thousand players!

Penguins who just joined are seen with their penguin identification number, and now throughout the island you can see multiple "P25###" (number signs are for different numbers within the 25 thousand range) players.

Not only that, the staff at CPR are aware of this influx of new players and have updated the game with four new servers including a CP favorite "Marshmallow". Even Blizzard was full!

This will grant us enough space to fit in all the new players and let them experience, for themselves, how truly wonderful Club Penguin Rewritten is. They will be welcomed with open arms to be apart of our loving community here at CPR.

Club Penguin may have ended, but the community will stand strong and prevail.

The End of Club Penguin..

Greetings Grasshoppers,

It is a day of mixed emotions today. Unfortunately, Club Penguin has shut down as of 12:01 AM PST (3:00 AM EST).

Last night, a few hours before Club Penguin would shutdown, thousands of penguins flocked to their servers to celebrate the last moments of their cherished games.

Twitter: @clubpenguin

This was a game that inspired and reshaped the childhoods of millions. It had an impact on the lives of many, even to the point where it led them to pursue a specific career or degree. Although this childhood favorite is gone, the community will stand strong and waddle on.

Now, many turn to creating their own virtual worlds such as Snail Paradise and Panda Haven. Others, turn to Club Penguin alternatives such as Club Penguin Rewritten, Pengur, Colorful Penguin, etc.

Will you stay around and watch CPR flourish? What will you do now that Club Penguin has ended?

Leave your thoughts in the comment section below!

April Fools Party Guide

Greetings Grasshoppers,

The April Fools party has arrived! Be wary for there's a lot of wacky and silly stuff that goes on during this time of the year!

First off, naturally with every party, there are free hats. In this specific party, though, there are five free items! Let us get into these first.

Head to the Cove for a pair of silly swirly sunglasses.

Next, head to the Docks for a pair of box shoes.

The red propeller cap can be found at the Ski Hill.

.

Now, head to the Snow Forts and you will see a giant Box portal. Walk through it and off to the Box Dimension we go!

The Box Dimension is the silliest place you will ever visit on the island! It contains seven different wacky rooms to explore, each with their own unique goofs!

But let us be real, what we look forward to the most in the parties is the free gear! Lets get down to it.

Head on to the box with the green cactus on it. You will be prompted to a desert with a nice Mexican background theme to it. Access the catalog on the bottom right corner.

Click on the "O" in "STORE" and it will give you the Box Suit for free!

Now, exit through the small box on the left. Head to the box with the green jester hat on it.

This will prompt you to the stand up comedy like stage, where you have to walk up to the jester hat located on the bottom right corner.

Walk back to the Box Dimension through the small box on the left corner.

Now head to the box with the green barrel on it.

You will now be taken to a room that appears like segments of an island surrounded by cream soda! Keep in mind this is a maze, so follow the arrows carefully down below.

Step 1: Walk into the middle barrel found at the bottom left corner.

Step 2: Walk back into the barrel you were teleported to as a result of step 1 (the top left barrel near the caged box hat).

Step 3: Walk back into the barrel you were teleported to as a result of step 2 (the left barrel on the bottom right corner).

Step 4: Walk back into the barrel you were teleported to as a result of step 3 (the right barrel on the second island above the bottom left).

Step 5: You made it to the end! Step onto the slab to claim your prize!

Walk out of the maze and back into the Box Dimension. This time put on your Box outfit to access the "Boxes Only" section of this room! (You only need to wear the torso to get in)

Once you put on the costume a box will float up, open and then you can walk through it. The box will lead to you a new wacky room!

This room has many cool features, if you walk into the penguin head-shaped rocks and type a message, the beaks will move up and down as if they were talking. Pretty goofy huh?

That is all for this party, make sure to enjoy it while it lasts! Also, keep an eye out for the illusive prank master Rookie. He must be hiding around the island somewhere...
